River Rafting wild experience, on the Breede River near Cape Town available in one to three day trips, we transfer groups full day adventures close to Worcester. Explore the Breede river valley unique land-shapes with its wine farms and beautiful Hex River mountains. The river rafting adventure is only 1 and half-hours from Cape Town, ideal team building weekend breakaways out of the city.

The Breede river originates in the Great Hex river mountains in Ceres and meanders through farms and wine lands and eventually takes a turn past Bonnievale and Swellendam before it joins the Indian Ocean at Witsand.

River rafting equipment & guides:

• 2-man inflatable rafts (crocodiles)
• Cooler box
• Dry bags
• Personal flotation devices
• Paddles

Two or three qualified river guides with the necessary experience and knowledge of the river and the environment will guide you on your day of adventure through the Breede river valley.

No previous River rafting experience is needed and only a moderate fitness level is required. We believe in responsible and sustainable tourism development and have the utmost respect for the beautiful African continent and its rivers.

Overnight trips

Day1:

The river rafting day starts with a relaxing paddle for 3 - 4 hours on the beautiful Breede river, Lunch is served on a picnic style basis along the river and the group have time to enjoy the scenic Hex River Mountains

After completing our canoing adventure, the river rafting group head to Bergsig wine estate where they will be able to sample the excellent wines of the Breede River Valley. The group depart for the overnight river rafting camp.

Enjoy a well deserved shower and a few cold drinks while enjoying finger snacks, before the river rafting guides serve us with a delicious meal prepared on an open fire.

Day 2:

River rafting group have breakfast before departing home.
