Day 1

South Africa Wine Route / Swellendam
Leaving the mother city of Cape Town behind, the overland group drive towards the mountains that are home to the famous wine area of Stellenbosch. At Spier Wine Estate enjoy a taste of the regional wine before visiting the cheetah rehabilitation project. Later the trips guide will give a full briefing of the Lesotho tour.

Day 2

Oudtshoorn

Day 3

Day 6

Addo Elephant National Park
Continuing into the Eastern Cape, the group enter Addo Elephant NP, which is home to many of Africa’s big game. The overland truck gives the groups on these trips an elevated view on the game drive, particularly for those photographic enthusiasts amongst the adventure.

Day 11 , 12

South Africa – Drakensberg.

Day 13

Kwa-Zulu Natal Coast - Durban
It’s all downhill as the group leave the mountain scenery en route to the KwaZulu Natal coast. The bustling city of Durban is South Africa’s largest port and a popular surf destination. This evening maybe sample some local Indian cuisine.

Meals: breakfast, lunch

Route distance: Royal Natal to Durban. ±350 km
Travel time: ±5-6 hrs

Tour Ends
Visitors will be drop off at The Beach hotel and we suggest visitors book accommodation at the lodging for this evening. If you choose to stay elsewhere, please let us arrange transfers, as the truck cannot drive around dropping people off all afternoon.
