I wanted to let you know that I had a great time in Malawi, and everything was perfect! The Mumbo Island is amazing and the lodge facilities and the staff just incredible! so thanks a lot for your assistance!

I would like to ask you if you have any alternatives for a 5 nights trip to Vic Falls (Livingstone) and Chobe in March? We are a group of 5, and planning to leave from Joburg on the 12th till 17th.

Hope you can give me some options there.

Hallo Annelie,

Yes I am back, but already again in Europe.

Everything went well, it was great incl. the Tours, Hotels, Food.

All Serena Lodges are very good and the Organisation of the trip very good.

Auch Ugandas Company was very good - the Hotel from the Airport and specially the Lodge at Bwindi National park was one of a kind.
All in all exellent except for the last double flying back and forward.

Thanks Annelie, I would do it again.  Send some photos as well.

My bank told me, that the money will be there on Thursday or Wednesday, because it takes 1 week. Now I am really relaxed and I am shure, that my daughter will enjoy the tour.
Yesterday I phoned at the hotel boulevard, and they also where very kindly.

I have just returned from a 14-days camping trip through Kenya and Uganda – an absolutely unforgettable experience! I walked through the bush with Masai worriers, sat next to a mountain gorilla in the rain forest, petted a cheetah and took hundreds of photos of one of the most breathtaking scenery's the world has to offer.

This is mainly to wish you and yours a very happy and prosperous 2008.

I also thought you might like to have some feedback on the Safari.

Well, in a nutshell, it was very good. Nothing is perfect and apart from a few niggles, mainly about the monotonous diet, we had a damn good safari and saw most of the game except for leopard. Of course we can see leopard in plenty now in Sri Lanka, so that is no worry.

Chris is a fine guide and has an excellent knowledge of wildlife including birds and maintained a cordial relationship with his clients throughout the trip which must have placed some stress on his patience at times!

When you replace your camping gear I think it would be advisable to get some slightly larger tents as they are a bit if a tight squeeze.
