This tented Garden Route overland & adventures tours starts or ends in the beautiful city, CPT or Port Elizabeth, PE. Visitors will experience whale watching, Addo Elephant Park and enjoy various adventure activities. Day 1, Stellenbosch, after a short orientation the group depart the mother city and head for the beautiful wine region of Stellenbosch. After a relaxed lunch the group will visit some wine farms to sample some of the excellent wine. In SA whale season (between June and November) the group will spend the night near Hermanus in the hope that we will see some of these huge mammals. (L,D)

Day 2, Oudtshoorn, leaving the coast behind us the adventure tourist drive inland in order to visit the world famous Cango Caves. After taking a tour of this amazing natural wonder, the group visit an Ostrich farm where those brave members of the the group can take the opportunity to ride the largest bird in the world! (B,L,D), optional activities include ostrich riding.

Day 3, Knysna, returning to the coast via some lovely country roads the tour group arrive in the picturesque seaside village. There are numerous adventure activities available here as well as some interesting local crafts. (B,L,D), optional activities include, canoing, abseiling, hiking and lagoon cruises.

Days 4 & 5, Tsitsikamma National Park, it is a short drive to Stormsriver, the group base for the next two nights. From here the group will explore the coastal region in the Tsitsikamma NP. The hiking here is some of the best available anywhere. (B,L,D), optional activities are tubing and treetop tours.

Day 6, Addo Elephant National Park, the overland tour group  spend their time in Addo Park surrounded by these magnificent creatures.Game driving in Addo Elephant NP allows us good opportunity to take some wonderful photos. (B,L,D)

Day 7, Port Elizabeth, after a last game drive in Addo the group depart and drive east along the sunshine coast towards the group final destination of Port Elizabeth. (B)
