Day 1 - Arrival in Cape Town
Collect your vehicle and drive to the city center where you will spend the first 3 nights. Your guesthouse is situated on the top-most road of Upper Green Point, one of Cape Town’s most up-market residential areas and close to the City Centre and the world famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, yet it is remarkably quiet.

Suggested activities for this day:
- Visit the V&A Waterfront and browse some of the shops and food markets or have a dinner at one of the many restaurants
- Enjoy dinner and a show at the Rockwell Dinner Theatre or the Gold Restaurant
- Head to Camps Bay Beach for the best sundowner cocktails

Day 2 - Cape Peninsula Scenic Drive
Don't miss out on Cape Town's most beautiful region, the Cape Peninsula. Start your leisurely scenic drive from Camps Bay, winding down along the coast and the Twelve Apostle Mountain Range to Hout Bay. In Hout Bay you can enjoy a cruise to Seal Island or book a kayak tour around the bay or simply walk along its stretched beach. Driving further south you will enter the Chapman's Peak Pass (road tolls chargeable, and subject to road closures ), one of the most scenic passes you will find on the Peninsula. Eventually you will make your way down to the end of the Peninsula, entering the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve. Here you will find a funicular that takes you to the lighthouse at the edge of Africa (the south-western most point of Africa) where the Atlantic and Indian Ocean meets.

Returning back up the Peninsula you should visit Simon's Town home to the South African Navy's Naval Base. Here you can visit the Penguin colony at Boulders Beach to see the African Penguin nesting grounds. Your final stop is Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, a must visit for nature lovers that is home to a massive variety of indigenous plants.

Day 3 - Free time in Cape Town
You have a 2nd full day in Cape Town to explore the city.

Suggested activities for this day:
- Book a cruise around the bay or hop on the ferry to Robben Island
- Ride the cable car up to Table Mountain for the best view of the city or hike up Lion's Head
- Visit the Two Oceans Aquarium housing over 8,000 marine species
- Take a tour of the Castle of Good Hope take a leisurely walk through the Company Gardens

Day 4 - Drive to Kagga Kamma
Today you will drive inland passing through the Huguenot Tunnel into the du Toitkloof Pass. You will also pass through the town of Ceres. Kagga Kamma Nature Reserve offers unique excursions and fun activities such as Rock Art Tours, guided Nature Drives and Quad Bike Adventures, Hiking trails and Stargazing at the mini Observatory. Relax at the Resort's swimming pool while marvelling at the surrounding rock formations; or enjoy a sundowner as the sky changes colour in the late afternoon. The Spa offers wellness treatments to relax and rejuvenate and of course, the spectacular landscape provides for the most remarkable views and astonishing backdrops at every turn, with subtle highlights as each day and season proceeds.

Day 5 - Activities at Kagga Kamma
Today you have a free day to do some activities on offer at Kagga Kamma.

Day 6 - Drive to Franschhoek
Return back through the Huguenot Tunnel to Franschoek, a small town established in 1688 by French Huguenot refugees and one of the oldest towns of the Republic of South Africa. Franschhoek is known for its many world renown wine farms as well as its art galleries scattered throughout the main road. The town has also developed a lot of fine restaurants, markets and delis. Your guesthouse is located just off the main road, located centrally in the town of Franschoek. You will be walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Suggested activities for this day:
- Visit The Motor Museum, home to a collection of vintage cars from previous eras
- Browse through the Franschhoek Village Market for arts, crafts, clothing, food and drinks
- View the Huguenot Mo0nument at the very end of the village main road and visit the local museum.

Day 7 - Franschoek Wine Tram
Your visit to Franschhoek will not be complete without a wine tasting experience, for this we recommend the Franschhoek Wine Tram.

The tram office is located on the main road, where you can buy tickets, however we highly recommend pre-booking your ticket as they can sell out. The tram service runs on one single railroad, however this is broken up into sections that are connected by bus service. The service is similar to the Hop-on-hop-off City Sightseeing Tour bus system you will find in many major cities, however one ticket is only valid for a specific line, represented by a color. Each color visits 4 or 5 wine farms. The ticket does not include wine tastings, however you can book a wine curated tour, which would include lunch, tastings and a guide.

Day 8 - Depart Cape Town
As your trip comes to an end you will return the vehicle at Cape Town airport before departing on your flight back home.
