Day 1,
Depart Johannesburg Flying with SAA you will depart from Johannesburg to Lilongwe airport. On arrival you will be transferred to Cape Maclear (approx 3-4 hours). Dinner and Overnight at Cape Cottage. (DBB)
Day 2,
Mumbo Island After breakfast you will be transferred to the Mumbo Island at around 10h30. The rest of the day is your to take in the beauty and fun-filled activities on offer. Dinner and Overnight at the Mumbo Island Camp. (FB)
Day 3 - 6
Mumbo Island The next few nights are pent on Mumbo Island, an exclusive luxury and tranquil camp situated on a deserted island. The unspoilt island setting makes Mumbo Island the most attractive island for the active outdoor sportsman. For older couples there is no shortage of relaxation opportunities.
Enjoy sea kayaking, snorkeling, swimming, SCUBA diving or walks through the stunning island forest. Or simply flop into a shady hammock and just “time-out”. The choice is yours... All Meals Daily and Overnight at the Mumbo Island Camp. (FB)
Day 7
Depart Lilongwe After a week of unending fun and relaxation we depart the Island and head back to Lilongwe airport via Cape Maclear for your onward flight back to Johannesburg.
