The Luwi Bush Camp is one of the most traditional camps of all the Luangwa safari camps, however it still offers high levels of comfort.

Day time meals are serves under the trees and dinners are enjoyed under the stars , accompanied by the sounds of the Zambian night.
Hippo Hide
Close to the Luwi Bush Camp guests will find a hippo hide overlooking a large hippo and crocodile filled lagoon. From the hide guests can watch the animals unnoticed from above the water.
The hide is usually the last stop on the walking safaris for sundowners, while watching the sun set over the landscape. Being a permanent source of water, the lagoon attracts wildlife from far across the park.
Walking Safaris
The Luwi Nush Camp offers the unique thrill of tracking lions in the traditional ways as introduced by Norman Carr. Famous for it's resident lions and Wild dog den close bay, the Luwi area promises unique safaris on foot year round.

Rooms at the Luwi Bush Camp are built using natural materials to blend into the bush. These thatched chalets are simple, yet extremely comfortable with en-suite open air bathrooms and hot showers.
The camp is tiny, with only 4 chalets on the property, making it the ideal personalized safari camp.
