Wolwedans Dune Camp in Namibia, the luxury camp building style is a combination of wooden structures, large canvas blinds and windows that open up to the desert beyond. Namib dunes lodge reflects the ambiance of a tented camp, but provides the comfort and protection of a permanent building. Each of the nine spacious Namibia holiday chalets with en-suite bath-rooms lead onto a private veranda and stretches out onto the Wolwedans' untouched views. Sleeping with the canvas blinds open is as good as sleeping under the African stars.

Main Area
Walkways connect over the sandy dunes between the rooms and the hub of the Wolwedans Dune Lodge. The main area is a collection of canvas and wood rooms built up on a large platform, open to the surrounding desert.
Bar & Lounge
A classically decorated bar and lounge with leather armchairs, library and two dining rooms is located within the main area.
Dining
Meals are usually served in the dining room. Dinner menus are often presented by the chefs in their mother tongue followed by the English translation and sometimes a traditional song, to fully capture the experience. A privatge subterranean wine cellar houses a selection of wines and used for wine tasting.
Sun Decks
'Sundowner' decks surround the main complex, including a tea deck and one with an open fireplace.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is set on it's own large wooden deck built up on stilts. Comfortable sun loungers and hammocks are the perfect place to unwind after a refreshing swim.
Rooms
In total the Wolwedans Dune lodge has nine wooden chalets built on stilts above the sand dunes. Bedrooms are truly stunning, draped with mosquito nets and high-quality linen. Canvas blinds form the wall around the room and can be rolled up revealing the amazing views of the desert surrounding your chalet. You can even request for you bed to be moved onto your veranda to sleep under the stars!
Chalet
Spacious tented chalet elevated above the sand on top of a dune plateau. The chalets sleep two adults comfortably in either a king-size bed or two twin beds. The en-suite bathroom consists of double vanity, shower and toilet facilities.
Family Unit
The 2 bedroom spacious tented chalet rests are elevated on a deck on top of a dune plateau and sleeps up to four adults comfortably in a king-size and double bed. The en-suite bathroom consists of double vanity, shower and toilet facilities.
Mountain View Suite
The Suite captures the memorable views in all directions. This is ideal for honeymooners or discerned guests seeking complete privacy as it is further away from the others.
The suite comes with a private chef and outside bed for sleeping under the stars. Also a generous lounge, bar cabinet and dining area.
