Karay – Main Restaurant
The heart of the hotel, Karay serves generous buffet-style cuisine from morning to night. Local favourites and international dishes come together in a lively, welcoming setting — a place where everyone finds something to love.

Lor Disab – Beach Restaurant
“On the beach” says it all. At Lor Disab, enjoy relaxed lunches with your feet in the sand. In the evening, the atmosphere becomes more intimate (adults-only), with a menu inspired by Mauritian cuisine.

Gran Zil BBQ – Island Experience
A short boat ride takes you to Gran Zil, where lunch becomes an experience. Think sizzling barbecue, picnic-style dining, and hammocks over the water.

Tadka – Indian Specialities
Warm naan, fragrant curries, and tandoori dishes take centre stage at Tadka. A celebration of North Indian flavours, with live cooking and an authentic, vibrant atmosphere.

Manao – Thai Restaurant
Set in a charming Thai-style house surrounded by gardens, Manao offers a journey through Asia. Expect classics like green curry and pad Thai, alongside creative dishes blending Mauritian and Asian influences.

Kot Nou – Mauritian Signature
At Kot Nou, dining feels like home. Traditional Mauritian dishes such as cari, rougaille, and salmi are reimagined and served tapas-style, perfect for sharing, just like locals do.

Taba-J – Street Food
Taba-J brings Mauritian street food to life. Stop by to sample daily specials and discover the bold, authentic flavours of the island in a casual setting.

BARS & REFRESHMENTS

Siro Kann – Main Bar
The social hub of the hotel, Siro Kann serves refreshing cocktails made with local rum, fresh fruit juices, and sugar cane syrup. Perfect for any time of day.

Lor Disab – Pirogue Bar
Set right on the beach, this bar is all about laid-back evenings. Sip a cocktail with your feet in the sand and enjoy the lagoon under the stars.

Juice Bar
Fresh, vibrant, and local — the Juice Bar serves smoothies and juices created by Roshan, aka Mr Juice, using seasonal fruits and vegetables sourced from local farmers. From “Morning Kick” to “Lychee on the Cake”, every sip is a taste of Mauritius. Sustainable cups support the hotel’s zero single-use plastic commitment.

Teabaz – Tea Bar
Slow down with a selection of local teas and infusions at Teabaz. Signature blends like Cardamom-Vanilla and Passion Fruit-Mango-Vanilla are crafted by Corson, a local “Made in Moris” producer, and served in upcycled glasses.

Superior Room
The 115 Superior Rooms offer comfort and choice, with either a double bed or two single beds. 

Family Room
Spanning 45 m², the 14 Family Rooms are located on the ground floor, complete with a generous terrace. Perfect for families to relax and soak up the island sun.

Couple Deluxe Room
At 40 m², Deluxe Couple Rooms combine comfort, space, and the soothing sounds of the waves. A balcony with lagoon views makes it an idyllic retreat for two.

Deluxe Family Room
Ideal for families or friends, the 14 Deluxe Family Rooms are 50 m² with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering space and privacy while sharing the Mauritian experience together.

Couple Junior Beachfront Suite
With a large terrace overlooking the lagoon, the Junior Beachfront Suite offers a lounge, bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious bathroom.

Couple Privilege Suite
