Was going to email you yesterday but things were crazy at work. We had an amazing holiday. The hotel was absolutely lovely. Everything went smoothly and we had no problems whatsoever. Just want to thank you for your great service and assistance. Will definitely be using you for future holidays and have already recommended you to a few people.
