We had a very good time, and everything was according to the schedule. The staff from Excel were excellent and professional, and always on time for all the transfers etc. The cruise was a wonderful experience, with all the tours and the hotel in Cairo was excellent (except for a minor mishap on check-out dates, but this was resolved)

The tipping practice though was something else, we had to get accustomed to that.

Thanks for making this a memorable holiday for us, my husband and I really enjoyed it (including our 8 month old daughter)
