Splash Camp Okavango Delta is situated in the Okavango Delta, within the Private Kwara Reserve. The area has long been known as Splash due to the huge water crossings that had to be negotiated to access the camp area.
Located in a horseshoe shape around a natural waterhole, each of the 12 rooms is situated on a deck overlooking the waterhole which attracts game year-round. All are en-suite with a flush toilet, double sinks and both an indoor and an outdoor shower.
In addition, each room has a private veranda with outdoor lounge chairs, the
perfect place to relax and take in the magnificent views and soak up the
atmosphere. The rooms and main area are simply and elegantly decorated with contemporary furniture, complementing the atmosphere of the camp.
The main area has a plunge pool, bar, and lounge as well as an orientation centre and a curio shop. Just in front of the main area, is the fireplace where a light breakfast is served each day before heading off on activities, and stories are told after supper in the evenings.
We operate our game drives using a guide and tracker, this adds to the experience on two levels. As Splash is in a private concession, we have the opportunity to drive off-road in search of sightings and also it means we are able to drive at night with spotlights.

Splash Camp is situated in the southeast of the Kwara Private Concession, which spans 175,000 ha and shares a 30km water boundary with the northern Moremi Game Reserve and has permanent water.
Guests arriving at Splash Camp land at the Kwara airstrip, which is a roughly 45-minute drive from Splash Camp.
Splash Enclave
- A private area within the Splash Camp that can be exclusively reserved and operated for groups of 6 to 12 guests.
- Exclusive private lounge, bar, dining area, firepit and plunge pool.
- No age restriction when booking Splash Enclave with a minimum of 6 full paying adults.

All accommodations include the following:
- Elevated, private viewing deck with outside seating
- Spacious lounge areas with armchairs, tea and coffee facility, charging station (international plugs) and writing desk.
- Open hanging space and shelving for clothes, digital safe, spare blankets, ceiling fan within mosquito net, insect repellents and an emergency horn

- All rooms can be configured as a double (super-king, extra-length bed) or twin (two 3/4 beds, extra length beds)

Family Friendly and Accessible
- The Family Suite comprises of a standard en-suite tent (with outdoor shower) connected to a smaller room sharing one bathroom with a separate toilet.
- Minimum age is 6 years. Families traveling with children aged 6-11yrs must book private activities.
- Mokoro and Walking activities only allowed for children aged 12+yrs.
- Extra bed available allowing for three children in the family suite.
- Special bush activity program for children and early mealtimes on request.
- Suite 4, 5 and 6 can be accessed by wheelchair.
