Our flights were booked with Emirates when the restricted Middle East airspace situation suddenly unfolded. Before I could even reach out, Gert had already contacted me, explained the impact, and presented multiple options to save our long-awaited trip. He spent a Sunday afternoon working tirelessly to make sure we could still travel that week — proactive, calm under pressure, and completely dedicated. That level of service is rare, and it set the tone for everything that followed.

Every detail of this trip was exceptional. Our accommodation across all three destinations was absolutely dreamy — straight out of a travel catalogue. Daily breakfasts were included, each property was either right on the beach or just steps from the ocean, and all transfers were seamless, punctual, and super luxurious. A standout moment was the speedboat transfer from Phuket to SAii Phi Phi Village Resort — a dedicated boat for resort guests, with a fully stocked private waiting area that felt incredibly premium from the start.

The service didn’t stop once we left. Gert checked in during the trip to make sure everything was running smoothly and followed up again when we returned home. What truly blew us away was the personal touch — we hadn’t mentioned that my parents had just celebrated their anniversary, yet a special surprise was waiting for them at one of the resorts because he remembered from a previous holiday. That thoughtfulness meant so much.

From navigating unexpected disruptions to delivering a flawless, stress-free, luxury experience, this trip exceeded every expectation. The care, attention to detail, and genuine passion behind your work is unmatched. We felt completely looked after from start to finish — and we wouldn’t book with anyone else.
