Summary
Day 1 Namib Desert
Departing Windhoek, we travel to our lodge in the Namib Desert. This is the gateway to Sesriem Canyon and Sossusvlei, where some of the highest dunes on Earth stand towering over the white desert plains. The afternoon can be spent relaxing at the pool or taking part in optional activities offered at our lodge.

Day 2 Sossusvlei & Namib Desert
Entering the Namib Naukluft National Park shortly after sunrise. Be captivated by the surreal Deadvlei and Sossusvlei. Continue to the Sesriem Canyon, before returning to our lodge to enjoy the afternoon at leisure.

Day 3-4 Swakopmund
Continue your journey to Solitaire, on the edge of the Namib Naukluft National Park, before travelling via the Kuiseb Valley towards the Atlantic Ocean. Reaching the coastal harbour town of Walvis Bay, visit the shallow lagoon, before continuing along the scenic route, we reach Swakopmund, often fondly referred to as the “playground of Namibia” where the rest of the day is spent at leisure.

Day 5 Damaraland
Today our journey continues through Uis past the Brandberg, Namibia's highest mountain (2.579m), into the Damaraland, one of the least populated and most geologically diverse areas in Africa. This harsh, rocky environment is home to the elusive desert elephant, the black rhino and free-roaming antelope species. We arrive at our lodge in the afternoon, where we have the remaining day at leisure.

Day 6 Damaraland & Brandberg
Enjoy a hearty breakfast overlooking the breathtaking scenery of Damaraland. Embark on a nature drive exploring the area. If you are lucky, you might see the elusive desert elephant. The rest of the day you can relax next to the pool or follow one of the walking trails.

Day 7-8 Etosha National Park
Start our day in Twyfelfontein, a UNESCO heritage site where Bushman communities engraved and painted over 2,500 pictures some 6,000 years ago! After a visit to the nearby Living Museum of the Damara, we proceed to the Petrified Forest – a geological phenomenon. View the Welwitschia mirabilis plant – the oldest living desert plant in the world. Our onward journey takes us to the wildlife haven of Namibia – the Etosha National Park. The next morning embark on a full day guided game drive in the Etosha National Park.

Day 9 Etosha National Park
Today your guide takes you on a morning game drive through the Etosha National Park. We may encounter animal species we have not seen the previous day.

Day 10 Departure
Time permitting, en route to Windhoek, we may stop at the famous wood carvers market in Okahandja or the craft market in Windhoek. Spend the afternoon at your accommodation in Windhoek or transferred to the international airport.
